1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using FightInfo, operated by FightInfo Inc., and define the rights and responsibilities of members.

2. Service Scope

FightInfo provides combat-sport tournament listings, contest registration, participant management, bracket tools, notifications, points, and token-related features. Features may change as the service evolves.

3. Account Registration

Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for managing their account and password. False information or use of another person's information may result in service restrictions.

4. Contest Information

Members registering contest information must use publicly shareable material and legitimate sources. FightInfo may request edits, hold approval, hide, or remove content when needed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

False contest registration, rights infringement, illegal content, service disruption, unauthorized automation, and account misuse are prohibited.

6. Points and Tokens

Points and tokens may be granted, used, adjusted, or restricted according to service policies. Fraudulent rewards may be cancelled.

7. Service Changes

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, incidents, external failures, or security reasons. Functions and policies may be updated for stable operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Members are responsible for contest information, participant data, posts, and external links they submit. FightInfo is not responsible for disputes between members except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

FightInfo may amend these terms when necessary and will announce material changes through the service.
